Sharing of Personal Data with Partners‍

We use Matomo Analytics to collect data about website visitors based on online identifiers. We create user profiles based on users’ browsing history and website usage metrics such as bounce rate and page views. The data will be hosted in Switzerland1 for a maximum period of 13 months. (Purpose of data processing: analysis, conversion tracking based on consent; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Matomo Analytics is also used to create aggregated datasets regarding the use of our site, as part of the processing necessary for the proper functioning of the site. Below, you can disable all data collection.


Hyperlinks and cookies

The website www.XXXXX.com contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites, set up with Anode’s authorization. However, Anode is unable to verify the content of the websites visited in this way and therefore assumes no liability in this regard.

Browsing the www.XXXXX.com website may result in the installation of cookie(s) on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file that does not allow the user to be identified but records information regarding a computer’s browsing activity on a website. We also use Google Ads (Google LLC, USA) for advertising and conversion tracking purposes. We use a third-party tool to identify professional visitors (Lemlist / lempire SAS, Paris, France) that collects browsing data for commercial prospecting purposes, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data collected may include your IP address and the pages visited. This data is hosted within the European Union for a maximum period of 3 years.

Refusing to accept a cookie may prevent you from accessing certain services. However, you can configure your computer as follows to refuse the installation of cookies:
- In Internet Explorer: Tools tab (gear icon in the top right corner) / Internet Options. Click on Privacy and select Block all cookies. Click OK to confirm.

- In Firefox: At the top of the browser window, click the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click the Privacy tab. Set the Storage Rules to: Use custom settings for history. Finally, uncheck the box to disable cookies.

- In Safari: Click the menu icon (represented by a gear) in the top-right corner of the browser. Select Preferences. Click Show Advanced Settings. In the "Privacy" section, click Content Settings. In the "Cookies" section, you can block cookies.

- In Chrome: Click on the menu icon (represented by three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the browser. Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click Preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.
